Alan is a leading internationally recognized and respected specialist in the Balanced Scorecard (“BSC”) and the wider discipline of Strategy Execution. He combines more than 30 years of performance management experience as a senior executive, management consultant and trainer.
After a successful career with a major UK commercial bank in London, at which he led one of the early BSC applications in 1993 - 96, Alan has been a consultant and trainer on the BSC and related disciplines for the last 15 years. His work spans a wide variety of business sectors and covers public training seminars, customized in-house training and management consulting in the Balanced Scorecard and Strategy Execution. He has run over 300 workshops across the UK, Europe, South Africa, Middle East, East and South East Asia.
Alan’s Scorecard assignments have covered a wide range of industry sectors, within family, private and public ownership. He brings a practical and disciplined approach to his consulting and training assignments with the ultimate focus on helping organizations to improve real-world sustained business performance rather than simply aligning with text-book theories. |

With more than 15 years of consulting and training experience, Dinh Viet Lan is known to his clients as a highly skilled facilitator and consultant. Lan helps his clients to achieve their goals effectively and efficiently. He is passionate about working with leaders and their team members to develop effective teams, addressing organizational challenges, and growing a business sustainably.
Lan brings his in-depth experience in leadership development including HR management as well as his effectiveness helping clients produce appropriate improvement solutions, to all his consulting work. His expertise includes teaching clients how to learn and develop ideas and to design and implement competency frameworks. Change management is also one of his strengths. Another strength is his ability to identify the specific needs of his clients and to tailor programs for them. Lan values integrity and so has developed outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, especially as he builds and maintains trusted relationships. His methods of delivering solutions and consulting are very energizing and motivating. Lan is a senior facilitator and chief representative of the Hanoi office of PACE Institute of Management. Previously, he spent many years serving as a senior HR consultant and trainer of Vietnam Business Solution Co., and Tower Watson in Vietnam.
Lan has been involved in projects for building a Balanced Scorecard system and an organizational culture for clients. He has been part of a team building Performance Measurement and Competency Frameworks. His motive is to bring value to clients in every project in which he is involved.
Lan has worked with many clients throughout Vietnam that represent a variety of industries, including a number of multinationals and large corporations. Some of them are Nestle, Pepsico Vietnam, La Vie, Merck, Roche, Pfizer, KPMG, Holcim, Samsung, Siemens, Misui, Piaggio, and Manulife.
Lan holds a master’s degree in general business from the French-Vietnamese Management Centre (CFVG) and a number of professional credentials in training, coaching and consulting. He is a certified user of SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), a certified facilitator of Franklin Covey and holds SHRM – SCP credentials. |

Hung is a dedicated professional consultant and facilitator whose passion lies in providing individuals and organizations with viable solutions to improve their business performance and productivity. Hung possesses a unique blend of strong analytical and problem solving skills with solid experience in general management, sales and marketing. This coupled with strategy knowledge enables him to assess and understand clearly client’s goals and expectations. His insight into his clients’ business allows him to recommend effective solutions and strategies which can be realistically implemented to produce desired outcomes.
Hung had more than ten years of experience as a general director of Asia Biogas Vietnam and general manager of Daewon - Thu Duc House Development JSC. He also held leadership positions for about 11 years in sales and marketing at foreign-owned companies in electronics and advertising.
Hung brings to clients his in-depth practical experience combined with his understanding of industry, global best practices, excellent problem-solving acumen and updated knowledge of the Balanced Scorecard methodology which help meet and exceed client expectations.
Hung holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands and a B.Sc. in Economics from the Foreign Trade University in Hanoi, Vietnam. |

Binh is a dynamic and engaging consultant with solid experience in strategy, leadership, management, sales and marketing. He has effective communication skills and relates easily to senior executives at different levels. He works extensively with clients spanning from multinational, foreign-owned, to large corporations in diverse industries to develop their potential performance.
Binh was a high-performing director in sales and marketing for a number of multinational companies, including Mercedes-Benz, for more than 10 years.
Binh holds a master’s degree in business administration from Brussels Liberty University, Belgium. He also an alumnus of the Management & Leadership Training at Harvard Business School (HBS) and the Sales Strategy Management program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
